6.6/10

SmartReach.io is a cold email and multichannel sales engagement platform covering email, LinkedIn, calling and WhatsApp, built for sales teams and agencies.

Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology

Overview

SmartReach.io began as a cold email automation tool and now covers multichannel sales engagement. Campaigns can mix email, LinkedIn, phone calls and WhatsApp steps, with conditional branches. On deliverability, it offers unlimited sending inboxes with no per-inbox fees, inbox rotation, ESP matching, warmup, free email verification, and blacklist monitoring that pauses campaigns automatically. It also has a B2B lead finder that searches a database of more than 300 million contacts, waterfall enrichment for emails and phone numbers, and AI tools that generate sequences, personalize emails and classify replies. Replies land in a shared team inbox. Calling includes call recording, voicemail drop and sentiment tracking. Agencies get client dashboards with separate teams, roles and permissions. Pricing has two product lines, both billed per month with unlimited users from Plus upward. Email Outreach runs from $29 to $499 a month and Sales Engagement from $39 to $599 a month. Plans are sized by active prospects, calling seats and client dashboards. Annual billing saves up to 11 percent. Paid extras include more prospects, LinkedIn automation, CRM integrations, phone numbers and mailboxes. Native two-way sync works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM, and other tools connect through Zapier, the API or webhooks. The main limitation is that SmartReach.io is a prospecting and engagement layer, not a full CRM. It has no deal pipelines or support ticketing, and some reviewers report integration errors and say the cost is high for small users.
