Overview
SE Ranking is a cloud SEO suite that started in 2013 with a rank tracker. It now also covers keyword research, competitor research for organic and paid search, website audits, backlink analysis, page change monitoring and tracking of brand visibility in AI search engines. Its main buyers are freelancers, SEO agencies and small to mid-sized in-house marketing teams that want most of what Semrush or Ahrefs offer at a lower price. Pricing is a subscription with two self-serve plans. Core is $129 a month and includes 10 projects, 2,000 keywords tracked daily and one manager seat. Growth is $279 a month and includes 30 projects, 5,000 keywords and three seats. Annual billing cuts both prices by 20%, and Enterprise is quoted on request. Several capabilities are sold as add-ons. The Agency Pack costs $69 a month and adds white-label reports, client seats and an embeddable Lead Generator form that offers website visitors a free SEO audit in exchange for their contact details. API credits and the SE Visible AI visibility module are also paid extras, as are extra keywords, seats and locations. Integrations include Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) and Matomo, plus an API and an MCP connector for AI assistants. The main limitation is that it is an SEO tool, not a full marketing suite: it has no email or SMS campaign tools.
