Judge.me is a Shopify app that collects and displays product reviews, star ratings, photo and video reviews, and testimonials for online stores.

Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology

Overview

Judge.me is a product review app for Shopify merchants. It sends review requests by email, SMS, QR code and on-site forms, then shows the reviews on the storefront through widgets, carousels and star ratings. Rich snippets let star ratings appear in Google search results. Merchants can also import reviews from other review apps, and a 2026 update added automatic verification of reviews imported from Loox, Yotpo and Stamped. Pricing is simple compared with most rivals. The Free plan already includes unlimited reviews, photo and video reviews, review request emails, Google reviews sync and rich snippets. The single paid plan, Awesome, costs 15 US dollars a month. It adds AI features, more than 130 integrations, Q&A, coupons and referrals, Google Shopping feeds, Meta and TikTok Shop syncing, and more design control, and it comes with a 15-day trial. Integrations include Shopify Checkout, Shopify Flow, customer accounts, Klaviyo, Gorgias and Mailchimp. The app suits small and growing Shopify stores that want social proof without paying per order. Its main limitation is that it now works only on Shopify. Support for WordPress ended in September 2025, and BigCommerce and Duda support was scheduled to end in January 2026. Reviewers also call its widget design functional rather than polished, and some merchants report problems syncing reviews to the Shop app. It is not a full email or SMS campaign platform. Its messaging is limited to review requests and related automations.
