Overview
HubSpot Sales Hub is the sales layer on top of HubSpot's shared CRM. It gives reps deal pipelines, multi-channel sequences, playbooks, a power dialer with call logging, and conversation intelligence. Its Breeze AI tools include a prospecting agent, deal scoring and a meeting notetaker. Managers get forecasting, custom reports and coaching tools. Because it shares a database with HubSpot's Marketing and Service hubs, contact and deal data stays in one place across departments. There is a free tier for up to two users. Paid editions are priced per seat. Starter lists at $20 per seat per month, with lower promotional prices on annual billing. Professional costs $100 per seat on monthly billing or $90 on annual billing, plus a one-time $1,500 onboarding fee. Enterprise costs $150 per seat per month, is billed annually, and carries a $3,500 onboarding fee. Each edition includes a monthly allowance of HubSpot Credits for AI features, and extra credits cost $0.01 each. The HubSpot Marketplace lists more than 2,000 integrations. Gmail and Outlook extensions let reps work from their inbox, and Professional adds LinkedIn Sales Navigator sync. The product suits growing sales teams that want an approachable CRM and may later add HubSpot's marketing or service tools. Its main limitation is cost. Full workflows, forecasting and deal splits require Professional, and reviewers say seat prices, onboarding fees and tier jumps make costs climb quickly as a team grows.
