Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology

Overview

Apptivo is a cloud business management suite built around a CRM. On top of contacts, leads, opportunities and pipelines, it adds apps for help desk, field service, projects, estimates, invoicing, expenses and email campaigns, and you can switch each app on or off. Each plan includes a set number of apps, custom fields, workflow automations and dashboards, so a company can start with the CRM basics and add operational modules as it grows. It suits small and mid-sized service businesses that want one inexpensive system for selling, delivering and billing work. Pricing is per user. A December 2025 review lists four tiers: Lite at $15 per user per month on annual billing or $20 on monthly billing, Premium at $25 or $30, Ultimate at $40 or $50, and Enterprise on custom quotes. Higher tiers add more apps, automations, storage and dashboards, along with marketing email allowances, SMS marketing, territory management and white labeling. The vendor's homepage advertises a 14-day free trial, and there is no free-forever plan. Integrations reported by reviewers include QuickBooks, Xero, PayPal, Stripe and Authorize.Net, plus Google Calendar, Google Drive, Gmail, Outlook, Office 365 and Slack. Apptivo also offers an API. Native apps are available for iOS, Android and Windows, and the vendor says it holds SOC 2 Type II certification. The main drawbacks are the dated interface and the learning curve. Reviewers also mention occasional glitches, slow performance on large datasets, and email integration that is weaker than in larger CRMs.
