Overview
Teamleader is a Ghent-based software company, owned by Visma since 2022. Its main product, Teamleader Focus, puts a CRM with contact and company databases, deal pipelines and segmentation in the same place as quotations with e-signature, invoicing with Peppol e-invoicing and payment reminders, time tracking, documents and reports. It suits service businesses in Belgium and the Netherlands that want sales and billing in one tool without stitching several apps together. The company also sells Orbit, a separate quote-based product for agencies of roughly 20 to 1,000 people, plus Teamleader One for e-invoicing and Dexxter for bookkeeping. Focus comes in three plans: SMART, GROW and FLOW. GROW adds incoming Peppol invoices, subscriptions and margin calculation. FLOW adds multiple sales pipelines, financial forecasts, several business entities, leave management and live chat support. The official page advertises prices from 37.5 EUR and offers 17 percent off for annual billing and 50 percent off users from the sixth onward. Optional Boosters are charged per account and include Project management, Planning, Lead capture, Work orders, Shared inbox, Advanced insights and an Accounting connector. AI credits are included in each plan, and larger AI packs cost extra. Integrations cover Outlook, Gmail, Mollie, Stripe and accounting tools such as Exact, Yuki and Octopus, and there is a REST API with OAuth and webhooks. Mobile apps for iOS and Android let users dial and log calls. The main drawbacks are that Boosters raise the price quickly and that customization and automation are shallow next to dedicated CRMs. Reviewers also report price increases that were poorly communicated.
