Overview
Sendloop is a hosted email marketing service that Cem and Mert Hurturk launched in 2008. It is operated by Octeth, Inc., which has made email software since 1999. The core platform covers newsletters, email sequences, RSS-to-email, scheduled campaigns, event-triggered automation and transactional email. It includes a drag-and-drop builder with more than 100 mobile-friendly templates, unlimited segments, dynamic content and real-time reports. The product line has three spin-offs. Sendloop Studio lets agencies manage all client audiences in one place. Sendloop MDS is a managed delivery service for senders of more than 100,000 emails a month, with blacklist, reputation and Postmaster monitoring. An on-premise edition is available for organisations that need to host their own data. Pricing is based on monthly email volume, not contact count. There is a free plan with 100 emails a month, then Starter at $29 for 25,000 emails, Growth at $79 for 100,000 and Scale at $199 for 300,000. Every plan includes unlimited subscribers and lists, which suits senders with large lists who email infrequently. Integrations run mainly through Zapier, and there is a full API with webhooks. The main concern is momentum. Outside observers note the blog and social channels have been quiet for years, and there are few recent independent reviews. Buyers should therefore check the support response and the product roadmap before committing.
