Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology

Overview

Quiq is a customer experience platform from Bozeman, Montana. It began in 2015 as a business messaging tool and has since been rebuilt around agentic AI. Its main products are AI Agents that resolve customer questions across channels and AI Assistants that coach human agents in real time. Voice AI Agents launched in May 2026. Quiq also sells AI Workflows, AI Analysts that turn conversation data into quality insights, and a Digital Contact Center workspace. Teams build agents in AI Studio, which offers no-code, low-code and full-code options. AI Studio is model-agnostic and includes a test console, simulations, configurable guardrails, claim verification and decision logs. The platform targets large consumer brands in retail, travel, insurance, banking and healthcare. Named customers include Roku, Brex, Panasonic and IHG. Quiq says one conversation keeps its context as it moves across voice, SMS, chat and handoffs to human agents. Third-party listings name integrations with Salesforce, Zendesk, Shopify, NetSuite and Oracle Service, plus messaging channels such as Apple Messages for Business and Facebook Messenger. An API is also available. Pricing is usage-based: you pay per conversation rather than per seat or feature tier. Quotes come only from sales, and Professional Managed Services cost extra. The main limitation for smaller buyers is that Quiq offers no public price list or self-serve plan. Review volume is also small, at around 30 on G2, so independent evidence on how well the newer AI features perform is thin.
