Everhour

7.1/10

Everhour is a time tracking tool for teams and agencies that adds timers, budgets, resource planning and invoicing to existing project management apps.

Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology

Overview

Everhour is a time tracking and project budgeting tool. Its main selling point is that it works inside the project management tools teams already use. Native integrations with Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Trello, Jira, Basecamp, Wrike, Linear, Notion and others put a timer directly on tasks. A browser extension adds tracking to tools such as Figma, HubSpot, Zendesk and Google Docs. Everhour also has its own simple project and task management, plus reports on time, budgets and profitability, project expense tracking, visual resource planning, and time off with accruals. Invoices can be built from tracked time and synced to QuickBooks, Xero or FreshBooks. It suits agencies, consultancies and small to mid-sized teams that bill by the hour or need to watch project budgets without changing their project management tool. Pricing is per seat. A free plan covers up to 5 seats but leaves out integrations. The Team plan costs 8.50 USD per seat per month on yearly billing, which saves 15% over monthly billing, with a 5-seat minimum. It includes all features, SSO and advanced permissions. A Custom plan for 50 or more seats adds volume discounts and a dedicated manager. There is a 14-day trial and no credit card is needed. The main limitation is that Everhour is not a full project management suite. It has no Gantt charts, docs or whiteboards, so most teams still need a separate PM tool. Its security documentation also relies on AWS certifications rather than its own SOC 2 report.
