Overview
Coevera is the new name for Pipeliner CRM. Pipelinersales relaunched the product under this name on April 9, 2026, and says data, integrations, pricing and support stayed the same. It is a sales-focused CRM built around a visual pipeline. Deals move between custom stages by drag and drop and can be viewed as a Kanban board, list, chart, bubble view or map. Account and contact records include org-chart views. Automatizer is a no-code workflow builder. Voyager AI drafts emails, summarizes opportunities and calls, prepares meetings and helps build reports. An MCP server in public beta lets assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT read CRM data within each user's permissions. The vendor lists more than 200 integrations, plus an API and webhooks. Examples include email, calendar, PandaDoc, RingCentral and SharePoint. There are mobile apps for iOS and Android. Pricing is per user and shown for annual billing only. Business is EUR 70, Enterprise is EUR 100 and Unlimited is EUR 125 per user per month. All three plans require at least 15 users. Many capabilities are paid add-ons on the lower plans, including Approvals, Duplicate Checker, Account Health and calling. Voyager AI usage is metered with credits beyond a free monthly allowance. The product suits structured B2B sales organizations that want a configurable pipeline and strong reporting. The main limitation is cost and entry barrier. The 15-seat minimum and layered add-ons rule it out for small teams, and it has no marketing automation or support ticketing.
Our Rating
Who Coevera (formerly Pipeliner CRM) is best for
Good fit
The product is built around pipeline, account and deal management for sellers.
The 15-user minimum and Enterprise features such as SSO, a sandbox and audit logs fit organizations of this size.
The Unlimited plan adds account plans, approvals and high API limits, but the product is smaller than enterprise leaders.
Less suited
The 15-seat minimum makes it costly for small teams, who have to contact sales to get a smaller deal.
Seat minimums and per-user pricing rule it out for solo users.
