Attio

6.9/10

Attio is an AI-native CRM with a flexible custom data model, email and calendar sync, and workflows, aimed at startups and relationship-driven sales teams.

Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology

Overview

Attio is a London-based CRM built around a flexible data model. Teams can define their own objects, attributes and lists rather than fitting a fixed lead-contact-deal schema. Connecting Google or Microsoft email and calendar creates and enriches People and Company records automatically. On top of that sit workflows, sequences, reporting, and AI features such as Ask Attio, AI attributes and AI agents. The Pro plan adds call intelligence, which records Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls, writes transcripts, and fills CRM fields using frameworks such as MEDDPICC and BANT. Attio suits startups, VC-style deal teams, agencies and small to mid-size B2B sales teams that sell through relationships. Pricing is per seat. A Free plan covers up to 3 seats. Plus is 39 EUR a month, or 31 EUR a month billed annually, for up to 10 seats. Pro is 93 EUR, or 74 EUR annually, with unlimited seats. Enterprise is custom-priced and adds SAML SSO and SCIM. Each plan includes a monthly pool of AI and workflow credits, and larger credit packs can be bought. Startups may qualify for up to 80% off. Integrations include Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, Teams, a REST API with webhooks, an App SDK, an MCP server, and free migration from HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. The main limitation is that its native integration catalog and enterprise tooling are thinner than those of HubSpot or Salesforce. Mailbox sending caps also make it a poor fit for high-volume outbound teams.

Who Attio is best for

Good fit

  • A free tier, startup discounts of up to 80% and a flexible data model make it popular with early-stage companies.

  • The Free and Plus plans with automatic enrichment suit small teams of up to 10 seats.

  • Custom objects let agencies model clients and projects outside a standard sales pipeline.

  • Pipelines, sequences and call intelligence help relationship sales teams, but sending caps limit high-volume outbound.

Less suited

  • Pro offers unlimited seats and advanced permissions, but integration depth trails larger CRMs.

  • Reviewers note that its enterprise tooling is less mature than Salesforce or HubSpot.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • The custom objects and attributes let teams model non-standard processes such as fundraising or partnerships.
  • Email and calendar sync builds and enriches contact and company records automatically.
  • A Free plan for up to 3 seats and transparent per-seat pricing make it easy to start.
  • Pro call intelligence records Zoom, Meet and Teams calls and fills fields from transcripts.
  • Developers get API access on every plan, plus webhooks, an App SDK and an MCP server.

Cons

  • The native integration catalog is smaller than HubSpot's or Salesforce's.
  • Mailbox sending caps make it unsuitable for high-volume outbound SDR teams.
  • Plus stops at 10 seats, so the 11th seat forces an upgrade to Pro.
  • AI features and workflows draw on credit pools that can run out.
  • Reviews say the mobile app has fewer features than the web version, and some report inconsistent support.
