Overview

weclapp is a cloud business platform from Germany. It combines CRM with ERP functions such as quoting, ordering, invoicing, accounting, projects, time tracking and, on higher tiers, warehouse, purchasing and production. Its CRM side covers contacts, leads segmented by industry, region or closing probability, sales opportunities, email storage, calendars and campaigns. Reviewers value that the lead to quote to order to invoice chain runs in one system, so data is not entered twice. It suits service businesses, agencies and traders in the DACH region who want CRM and back office in one tool, and its data is hosted only in Germany. Pricing is per user per month in euros. ERP Starter costs 39 euros, is monthly only and does not include the CRM module. ERP Services adds CRM, campaigns, projects and API access for 86 or 95 euros, depending on billing term. ERP Trade adds inventory and e-commerce for 163 or 179 euros. Enterprise is quoted for more than 10 licenses. Helpdesk and contract management add-ons cost 55 euros a month each, and phone support comes only through paid support packages. Integrations include Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware, Amazon, eBay and Shipcloud, as well as email and calendar sync and an open API. The main limitation is cost and support quality. Users on OMR often complain about inconsistent support, slowdowns with large data volumes, and price increases under modular per-user licensing. For a team that only needs a CRM, it is expensive compared with pure CRM tools.

Who weclapp is best for

Good fit

  • The plans and the OMR reviewer base center on SMEs that want CRM, invoicing and accounting in one cloud tool.

  • The Services plan bundles CRM, projects, time tracking and invoicing, which fits service providers.

  • ERP Trade adds inventory and connectors for Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and eBay.

  • Mid-Market
    7/10

The Trade and Enterprise tiers add warehouse, production and multi-instance terms, but reviewers report performance issues at large data volumes.

Less suited

  • Suits service businesses with projects, time tracking and invoicing.

  • Includes invoicing and accounting in the lead to invoice chain.

  • Leads, opportunities and quotes are covered, but the product is broader ERP rather than a sales-focused CRM.

  • Higher tiers include warehouse, purchasing and production.

  • An Enterprise tier exists, but reviewers cite limited customization and slowdowns with large datasets.

  • CRM starts around 86 to 95 euros per user, steep for solo use.

  • A 30-day free trial ends automatically, with no cancellation needed.

Cons
