Wealthbox

6.7/10

Wealthbox is a web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth management firms, covering households, workflows, pipelines and custodial integrations.

Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology

Overview

Wealthbox is a CRM built for financial advisors, RIAs and wealth management teams rather than for general sales teams. It handles contact and household records, tasks, calendars and meetings, opportunity pipelines on kanban boards, an activity stream, workflows and automations, broadcast email, and customizable reports. Newer additions include AI agents, which the vendor says come with every plan, and an AI Notetaker that captures meetings and writes summaries back to the client record. It suits small and mid-sized advisory practices that want a CRM they can learn quickly without a consultant. Pricing is per user per month. Basic costs $65, Pro costs $85 and adds workflows, two-way email sync and broadcast email, and Premier costs $119 and adds custom dashboards and custom object types. Enterprise is priced on request and adds SSO and unlimited pipelines. The listed rates appear to assume annual billing. AI Notetaker ($49) and Vault document storage ($29) are paid add-ons charged per user. Wealthbox advertises more than 150 integrations across advisor tools such as Schwab, Fidelity, Orion, Addepar, Tamarac and DocuSign, plus Zapier and a public API. Its main limitation is support: reviewers repeatedly complain that there is no phone line and help comes only through tickets. Some reviewers also want more native integrations, and SmartAsset notes the price is higher than some rivals such as Redtail.
