Overview
TeleCRM, sold as telecrm, is a CRM built for tele-sales teams. Agents place calls from their own phones with a one-click dialer, and every call is logged and recorded automatically. Missed, incoming and outgoing calls are tracked, and agents get callback reminders. The product also includes WhatsApp tools: message templates, the official WhatsApp Cloud API, chatbots and broadcasts. Leads flow in from more than 15 sources, including Facebook and Instagram lead ads, Google Ads, website forms, and Indian portals such as IndiaMART, Justdial, 99Acres, MagicBricks and Sulekha. That makes it best suited to Indian SMBs and mid-sized companies in sectors such as real estate, education and retail, where reps work through high volumes of phone and WhatsApp leads. Automation covers lead assignment, welcome and scheduled messages, and drip campaigns. Reporting includes team leaderboards, hour-by-hour call reports and custom dashboards. Pricing is a single Core CRM plan charged per user: 1,099 INR (29 USD) per user per month billed quarterly, or 799 INR (19 USD) per user per month billed annually. There is no monthly billing option. Each month includes up to 10,000 automations, and usage above that is charged extra. Paid add-ons cover Chat Sync, WhatsApp API setup and consultation hours, and Meta's WhatsApp message fees are billed separately. The main limitation is the narrow, India-focused feature set. Reviewers point to missing advanced features and uneven support, and the vendor publishes no security or compliance information.
