Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology
Overview
Salesloft is a sales engagement and revenue orchestration platform. It sits on top of a system-of-record CRM, usually Salesforce and sometimes HubSpot, and does not replace it. Reps build multi-step Cadences across email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS and manual tasks. Rhythm, its AI prioritization engine, pulls buyer signals from sources such as G2 intent, Vidyard and LeanData and turns them into a daily task list. Conversation Intelligence records and transcribes calls for coaching. Deals gives managers pipeline visibility. Since the Clari merger closed in December 2025, Clari Forecast and Inspect have been part of the same platform, and an MCP server launched in April 2026 lets AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot query Salesloft data. It suits outbound-heavy B2B sales teams of roughly 30 to 500 reps, especially in Salesforce shops. Salesloft does not publish prices. Third-party estimates put the Advanced tier at about $125 to $165 per user per month on annual contracts, with Essentials lower and Premier or Elite higher. The dialer is often an add-on, and implementation fees and annual price escalators are common. Its main limitation is that it is not a full CRM, so buyers still need Salesforce or HubSpot. HubSpot users report sync problems. The dialer is click-to-call only, with no power dialer. Reviewers also say support has declined after the Vista acquisition, the Drift acquisition and the Clari merger.
Our Rating
Who Salesloft is best for
Good fit
It is built for SDR, AE and sales manager workflows such as cadences, calling and coaching.
Customers include Adobe, IBM and Zoom, and Clari forecasting and governance features target large organizations.
Reviewers name Salesforce shops with 30 to 500 reps as the best fit.
Less suited
Annual contracts at about $100 or more per seat, plus implementation fees, make it costly for small teams.
It is sold through sales-led annual contracts that are not aimed at individuals.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- G2 reviewers score its interface well for ease of use (8.8) and ease of setup (8.5), ahead of Outreach on both.
- The Rhythm AI engine turns intent and engagement signals into a single prioritized daily task list for reps.
- Built-in call recording and conversation intelligence can remove the need for a separate tool such as Gong.
- Reviewers describe its Salesforce integration as deep and mature.
- Since the Clari merger, it can combine engagement with Clari Forecast and pipeline inspection in one platform.
- It holds SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications.
Cons
- Salesloft publishes no prices, and third-party estimates suggest high per-seat costs on annual contracts with 5 to 8 percent escalators.
- The dialer is click-to-call only with no power dialer, and it is often an extra-cost add-on.
- Users report duplicate records, broken reports and sync delays with the HubSpot integration.
- Reviewers describe slower support and reduced account management after the acquisitions.
- It is not a standalone CRM, so a separate Salesforce or HubSpot license is still required.
- The 2025 Drift OAuth breach and the sunset of Drift have raised concerns about vendor stability.
