Overview
Revenue.io, formerly ringDNA, is a platform that runs inside Salesforce. It is not a standalone CRM. It adds a dialer that logs calls automatically, call recording and routing, SMS, and local numbers in more than 40 countries. It also offers guided call, email and SMS cadences and conversation intelligence. Its best-known feature is Moments, which prompts reps with talk tracks during live calls rather than only reviewing calls afterward. The top tier adds AI scorecards, deal health scores, an Ask Revenue AI assistant, AI conversation agents, and dashboards with more than 140 reports. Pricing is per seat and quoted on a demo call. There are three tiers. Activate covers dialing and live coaching. Engage adds transcription, sentiment analysis, AI summaries, sequences and certified implementation. Orchestrate adds AI coaching, forecasting insights and a dedicated success manager. No list prices are published. Vendr data cited by third parties puts the median annual contract at roughly $59,000 to $64,000. Salesforce licenses are paid for separately. The vendor targets Salesforce teams of 15 or more seats, and reviewers say it suits larger rep teams best. Its main limitation is that it only works with Salesforce. Teams on HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho cannot use it. Reviewers also report dropped calls, glitches and a learning curve of a few weeks. It includes no prospecting or contact data.
Our Rating
Who Revenue.io is best for
Good fit
The product is built for phone-heavy Salesforce sales teams, with dialing, cadences and live coaching.
Customers named in reviews include AWS, HPE and SAP Concur, and Vendr shows contracts as large as about $393,000 a year.
Less suited
It fits mid-market Salesforce teams, but reviewers say contracts can be steep for mid-market buyers.
It needs at least about 15 seats plus Salesforce licenses, which makes it a poor fit for small teams.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Calls and activities log natively in Salesforce, with recordings attached to the right records, which cuts manual data entry.

- Strong review scores, including 4.7 out of 5 on G2 from more than 570 reviews and 4.9 on AppExchange.
Cons
- It only works with Salesforce, so HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho users cannot use it.
- Dropped calls, audio problems and freezing are the most common complaints, and one source says they are worst on mobile.
- No pricing is published, and Vendr data shows a median contract of roughly $59,000 to $64,000 a year.
