Overview

BSI Customer Suite is a modular CRM and customer experience platform built by BSI Business Systems Integration AG, a software company based in Baden, Switzerland. The suite is split into modules covering artificial intelligence, customer and data insight, customer experience journeys, core CRM, customer engagement, an enterprise integration platform and a customer data platform. Core CRM covers contact, lead and opportunity management, pipeline and forecasting, segmentation and customer service. The engagement module adds online appointment booking, AI-assisted video consulting and digital signatures. BSI says it offers more than 70 AI models and AI agents that suggest next best actions without users having to write prompts. Ready-made industry processes, called BSI Elements, target banks, insurers, retailers and utilities. Reference customers include PostFinance, HUK-Coburg, ERGO, Helvetia, Hornbach and EnBW. BSI positions the suite for European companies that care about data sovereignty, with GDPR-focused data handling and the option of hosting in Switzerland. BSI does not publish prices. Every deal is quoted after a demo, and review directories list no free version or self-serve trial. For integrations, BSI relies on its low-code integration platform and APIs, for example to connect SAP S/4HANA, rather than a large app marketplace. Its main drawback is that it is an enterprise project, not a quick-start tool. Reviewers mention a complex interface, slow setup and high cost, which makes it a poor fit for small teams.
