noCRM.io

5.8/10

noCRM.io is a lead management tool for small sales teams that tracks deals in a pipeline, sets follow-up reminders, and supports call-heavy prospecting.

Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology

Overview

noCRM.io, now sold as Positive noCRM, is built around the lead rather than the contact database. Salespeople capture a lead quickly, put it into a visual pipeline, and get reminders and a morning briefing so no follow-up is missed. Prospecting lists can be imported from Excel or CSV and worked line by line, which suits teams that spend much of the day on the phone. Higher plans add quotes and invoices, ten built-in reports, activity-based sales goals, team management, automations, and call campaigns that hand leads to agents automatically. The company was founded in Paris in 2013. Positive Group acquired it in 2023, and the product is developed and hosted in the EU. Pricing is per user across three plans: Starter, Expert and Dream. Starter is limited to 500 leads and one pipeline and is only offered to new customers. The pricing page says annual billing saves up to 40 percent, though the discount is smaller on the higher tiers. Every plan comes with a 15-day trial that needs no card. noCRM.io connects to Zapier, Make and its own API. It also has native links to telephony providers such as Aircall, CloudTalk, Ringover and RingCentral, plus WhatsApp and two-way email sync on Dream. Its main limitation is its narrow scope. It has no marketing tools, no AI features and no data enrichment. Contact details on opportunities are stored as free text, which makes segmentation hard, so teams that need a structured customer database may outgrow it.
