6.5/10

LeadSquared is a sales CRM and marketing automation platform for high-velocity sales teams in fields such as education, financial services, healthcare and real estate.

Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology

Overview

LeadSquared is a CRM from Bengaluru, India. It is built for organisations that handle large volumes of inbound leads and field sales activity, such as lenders, insurers, education providers, healthcare groups and real estate firms. The Sales product covers leads, accounts and opportunities, plus activity and task tracking, quotes, nudges, sales groups and a process designer. A mobile CRM adds check-in and check-out tracking and speech-to-text capture. On the higher tier it also adds offline mode, Leads Near Me, geo-fencing and territory management. A separate Marketing product adds list segmentation, dynamic landing pages and forms, lead quality scoring, advanced lead distribution, email campaigns and website event tracking. Pricing is split by product. The Sales plans cost 40 or 60 USD per user per month, billed annually. The Marketing plans cost 1,200 or 2,000 USD per account per year and include two users. Both product lines are sold through sales conversations rather than self-serve checkout. Add-ons include portals, a sandbox, an AI email parser and an analytics platform. Integration options include Gmail and Outlook, an API framework, webhooks, an app marketplace and social media connectors. The platform has ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. Its main limitation is cost and complexity for small teams. Reviewers also report slowness under heavy call volume, buggy telephony integrations, and custom reports that are hard to build within the per-user report caps.

Who LeadSquared is best for

Good fit

  • It is built around high-velocity inside and field sales, with lead distribution, mobile field tools and sales management.

  • Mid-Market
    8/10

Per-user pricing, compliance certifications and configurable processes suit growing organisations with large lead volumes.

  • It offers custom plans, audit logs, a sandbox and an application development platform, and it serves large customers such as HCL Technologies.

  • A dedicated Marketing product covers segmentation, landing pages, lead scoring and email at high monthly volumes.

Less suited

  • Reviewers say it can be costly and complex for small teams, although many reviewers are small companies.

Pros & Cons

  • All Sales plans list ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance.
  • Separate Sales and Marketing products let buyers pay only for the side they need.

Cons
