Hive is a New York based project management platform where teams plan work in Kanban, Gantt, table and calendar views. Native chat, email inside the app, collaborative notes and an AI assistant called Buzz are built into the same workspace. The Teams plan adds forms, time tracking, portfolios, custom fields and custom statuses. Hive also sells modular add-ons for proofing and approvals, timesheets, resourcing, advanced dashboards, finance and a CRM. That makes it a reasonable fit for agencies and marketing teams who want review workflows and client work in one place. Pricing is per user per month. A free plan covers up to 10 members with 200MB of storage. Starter costs 5 USD and is capped at 10 members and 10 projects. Teams costs 12 USD with no member cap, and Enterprise is quoted by sales. Annual billing is advertised as saving 33 percent. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits.
