Basic support is included. Business Support+ costs at least $29 a month, Enterprise Support at least $5,000 a month, and Unified Operations at least $50,000 a month. Each is charged as the greater of the minimum or a tiered percentage of your AWS charges.
You open a case in the AWS Support Center by the end of the second billing cycle after the incident. Credits apply only to future EC2 bills and are not refundable.
