Overview

Ortto, formerly Autopilot, is a Sydney-based marketing automation platform. It puts a customer data platform underneath a visual journey builder. Teams use it to bring in customer data through no-code integrations, segment audiences, and run automated journeys across email, SMS, mobile push, forms and popups, and in-app messages. It also includes dashboards, custom reports, funnel analysis and lead scoring. A newer support suite adds a team inbox, live chat, AI responses and a knowledge base. That breadth sets it apart from plain email tools. Ortto suits SaaS and ecommerce marketing teams that want product and customer data behind their campaigns without a separate CDP. Pricing depends on the number of contacts. A third-party pricing tracker showed Starter from about $237 a month and Professional from about $509 a month, both paid annually, at 10,000 contacts. Enterprise is custom-priced. Professional adds landing pages, dynamic content, transactional messaging, dedicated IPs and webhooks. SMS needs a phone number add-on and credit blocks, and emails beyond the monthly allowance cost extra. There is a 14-day free trial. Security features include SSO, audit logs, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance, and data hosting in the EU, US or Australia. The main drawback is cost. Prices climb quickly as the contact list grows, and reviewers say reporting and attribution are not as flexible as they would like.
