An enterprise agentic AI platform for building voice and digital AI agents, enterprise search, and contact center automation for large organizations.

Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology

Overview

Kore.ai is an enterprise conversational and agentic AI platform. Raj Koneru founded it in 2014, and it has offices in Orlando, San Mateo, London, Hyderabad and other cities. It sells three solution families on one Agent Platform. AI for Service covers voice and digital AI agents, agent assist, quality management and an AI-native contact center. AI for Work covers enterprise search plus HR, IT and recruiting assistants. AI for Process covers long-running process agents with human-in-the-loop review. The service documentation lists support for more than 100 languages and channels including IVR, web chat, WhatsApp, SMS and social messaging. Search AI connects to over 50 data sources and answers questions with retrieval-augmented generation. Listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zendesk, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Twilio and Genesys. Kore.ai publishes no public price list, and its old pricing page now returns a 404 error. A July 2026 third-party analysis reports that Automation AI and Search AI are billed at about 0.20 USD per 15-minute session, with 500 USD in starter credits. The same source says contact center and agent assist products are billed per agent seat. Voice, advanced RAG and premium support cost extra, and Enterprise contracts are custom. The platform suits large organizations that need regulated, multi-channel customer service automation with deterministic workflows alongside LLM-driven agents. Its main drawback is complexity. Reviewers describe a steep learning curve for advanced features, gaps in the documentation for complex integrations, and pricing that is hard to judge without talking to sales.
