Aisera is an enterprise agentic AI platform that resolves IT, HR, and customer service requests using conversational self-service agents. It is now owned by Automation Anywhere.

Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology

Overview

Aisera sells agentic AI agents that automate employee and customer service. Its main use is the IT service desk, and it also covers HR, finance, procurement, and customer support. Agents answer questions from company knowledge and carry out actions such as resolving tickets and incidents. Its line-up includes IT Service Desk, AIOps, ITSM, Agent Assist, and Assistant for Enterprise. Agent Composer offers a no-code builder, Prompt Studio, and more than 1,000 prebuilt workflow actions. Aisera Unify coordinates its own agents with third-party agents over A2A and MCP. Users can reach the agents through web chat, email, SMS, Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, and a voice agent, in more than 100 languages. Automation Anywhere completed its acquisition of Aisera on November 4, 2025. Aisera products are still sold and supported, but aisera.com now redirects to Automation Anywhere, which pairs them with its Agentic Process Automation system and Mozart Orchestrator. Pricing is not published. Buyers get quotes through demos or RFPs. Marketplace listings reported by a competitor's review show about $200,000 a year for up to 1,000 users and $1.2 million a year for up to 10,000 users, plus a 30-day trial for up to 50 users on AWS. It fits large enterprises that want to cut service desk ticket volume. The main limitation is a complex rollout: reviewers say it needs an experienced team and custom configuration for features they expected to work out of the box.

Who Aisera is best for

Good fit

  • Pricing and service desk scope are aimed at organisations with thousands of employees.

Less suited

  • Usable by larger mid-market firms, but the six-figure entry price and complex setup make it a stretch.

  • Listed pricing starts around $200,000 a year and implementation needs a dedicated team.

  • There is no self-serve plan, and the cost is far beyond startup budgets.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Vendor case studies report high auto-resolution rates, such as 81% for the City and County of Denver and 65% for LifeScan.
  • Covers IT, HR, finance, procurement, and customer service from one agent platform, rather than only IT tickets.
  • Reaches users across many channels, including Teams, Slack, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice, in more than 100 languages.
  • Reviewers describe the implementation team as engaged partners who handle complex business rules well.
  • Automation Anywhere ownership adds process automation and orchestration to Aisera's agents.

Cons

  • No public pricing, and reported marketplace prices start around $200,000 a year.
  • Setup is complex and typically needs a dedicated, experienced team.
  • Some expected functions, such as outage monitoring and full email handling, needed custom configuration according to reviewers.
  • The acquisition by Automation Anywhere creates uncertainty about the long-term product roadmap and the standalone brand.
