Any exchange with at least two end-user messages in a billing month counts as one conversation. For voice, every 3 minutes of a call counts as one conversation.
Only partly. Each conversation includes $0.10 of AI usage, and the plans include a set amount ($25 on Plus, $150 on Team). Beyond that, $10 AI credits are bought automatically at 95% of your spend limit.
Yes. Botpress says a monthly option exists and that annual billing saves 20%, but the pricing page lists only the annual prices of $150 and $750 per month.
Yes. The pricing introduced in May 2026 applies to workspaces created after 14 May 2026. Older workspaces keep their legacy plans for now.
