Overview
SuiteDash puts a branded client portal, CRM, project and task management, time tracking, invoicing, proposals, file sharing, email marketing and a learning management system into one platform. Service businesses such as agencies, consultancies and freelancers use it to replace several separate subscriptions. Its main draw is extreme white labeling: you can use your own logo, colours and domain, and offer clients an installable branded web app. Pricing is a flat rate per account, not per user, and every plan includes unlimited clients and staff. Start costs 19 dollars a month, Thrive 49 and Pinnacle 99, and annual billing saves the equivalent of about two months. The plans differ in storage (100GB, 500GB or 2TB) and in feature depth. Drip autoresponders, proposals, deal pipelines and live chat start on Thrive. The full automation toolkit, FLOWs onboarding, the LMS, support tickets and task dependencies require Pinnacle. A one-time lifetime Century option and a SuiteDreams bundle with all Power-Ups are also sold. Payments run through Stripe and PayPal, calendars sync with Google and Outlook, and other connections go through Zapier, Pabbly Connect and custom webhooks. The main limitation is complexity. Reviewers report a steep learning curve and nested settings, and they describe the project management as lighter than in dedicated tools such as Asana or ClickUp.
